- You MUST be over the age of 18 to book or receive a reading. Subject to change at the discretion of Truth by Tarot and liaison with parental guardians/carers of the minor in question
- All services are strictly private and confidential
- No readings are set in stone, you have your free will which can affect the path you take and change the outcome of events at any time
- All information given to clients is delivered in an honest, accurate and appropriate manner according to the reading and spiritual connection made at the time and not that of personal opinion
- Readings provided via email and messaging service shall be sent to the given email address, social media account in private message or mobile number as instructed by the client
- No readings shall be performed on behalf of another person of their activities without their consent
- Readings will not be performed for gambling purposes, acts of violence or any criminal activity
- All clients have the right and free will to accept or reject messages during their reading
- Please note healing sessions are not a substitute for any physio therapy or any other medical treatment you are currently receiving
- If you suffer with any mental health issues or conditions, please be aware that we are not licensed nor qualified as a health care practiotioner, doctor or nurse. If this applies to you, Please seek professional medical advice from your GP
- Readings and healings provided are not a substitute for counselling services
- Truth by Tarot would never advise a client to stop their medication prescibed by a general practitioner or other health care professional
- The law requires us to declare that all psychic readings are for entertainment purposes only
- Truth by Tarot reserves the right to refuse refunds for any missed appointments on all services that are already underway
- All payments must be received in full upon booking a service
- Truth by Tarot reserves the right to cancel bookings or terminate readings and healings at any time. A refund will be subject to vary
- Cancellations made by the client require a minimum of 24 hours notice prior to receiving a service. Any cancellations made after this time are non refundable and incur a 100% cancellation fee before you can rebook your next appointment. ie £60 for a reading that is missed, £50 for a reiki healing
- A 'no show' shall be required to pay the service fee in full on top of the next service fee to rebook an appointment
- No refunds offered on any tickets purchased for any events, courses or workshops, gift vouchers, or any deposits received, except those which are cancelled or rescheduled on behalf of Truth by Tarot, a full refund shall be offered
- Payments are accepted using the paypal secure services, bank transfers and cash payment. All debit or credit card purchases must be made by the card holder
- T&Cs apply on all gift vouchers purchased and will be stated at time of sale
- Vouchers purchased cannot be exchanged for goods or cash
- It is your sole responsibility to read these terms and conditions set out before booking any service with Truth by Tarot
- Truth by Tarot accepts no liability for any information misconceived by the client
- If you feel you do not agree or comply with the terms and conditions set out, please do not use this website or any social media accounts connected to Truth by Tarot. Thank you.
